At Dandeli Inn Resort, our mission is to provide guests with an exceptional stay that combines the beauty of nature with warm hospitality and modern comfort. We strive to create memorable experiences for every traveler — whether you seek adventure, relaxation, or a peaceful escape into the wilderness of Dandeli.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
If you cancel more than 30 days before the scheduled booking date, you are eligible for a 90% refund of the total booking amount.
If you cancel between 15 to 30 days before the scheduled booking date, a 50% refund of the total booking amount applies.
If you cancel within 7 to 14 days before the booking date, a 20% refund of the total booking amount is provided.
If you cancel within 48 hours (i.e., less than 2 days) before the booking date, no refund is offered.
No refund is given for a “no-show” (i.e., if you do not arrive) or for early checkout once your stay has begun.
Refunds are processed within a “reasonable time frame” after confirmation of cancellation.
The policy may differ for group bookings, in which case special details will be supplied during reservation.
The resort reserves the right to modify the terms without prior notice; the applicable version is the one posted on the website at the time of booking.
